Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you use Hiric.ai. We have tried to write them in plain language — the parts that most affect you are billing and refunds (§4), what you own (§6), and the limits of AI output (§7).
Effective 25 August 2026
1Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Hiric.ai, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Hiric was previously known as AnswerMe.live. Accounts, subscriptions and data carry over unchanged.
2What the service is
Hiric is an AI-assisted job-search and interview-preparation tool. It evaluates job postings against your CV, drafts application materials grounded in your real experience, runs mock interviews, and tracks your applications.
It is a preparation tool, not a placement service. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf, we are not a recruiter or employment agency, and we do not promise interviews, offers or any particular outcome.
3Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
Tell us promptly at support@answerme.live if you believe your account has been compromised.
4Plans, billing and refunds
- Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page, which is the authoritative source. Paid plans include monthly usage allowances; when an allowance runs out, that feature pauses until it resets or you add more.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We email you before a renewal charge.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If a new paid plan is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund. Beyond that window, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Price changes. We may change prices, but not for an existing subscription without notice. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it stays unpaid, the subscription may be downgraded or suspended.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
5Acceptable use
Do not:
- Misrepresent your experience. The product is built to prevent fabrication; do not work around that to claim skills, employers or results that are not yours.
- Use the service to send bulk or automated applications, or to spam employers.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product.
- Attempt to extract our prompts or models, reverse engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or someone else's confidential material you have no right to share.
- Share your account, or use the service on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and may set reasonable technical limits to keep the service working for everyone.
6Your content and ours
Your content stays yours. Your CV, your answers, your notes and the materials the product drafts for you belong to you. You may use anything the product generates for you however you like, including commercially.
You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process and transmit your content to provide the features you use, including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not train models on your content.
The service itself — the software, design, prompts and brand — remains ours. You confirm you have the right to upload whatever you upload.
7AI output — read this one
The service is powered by AI models. They are useful and they are also fallible. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, including salary research, company information, job evaluations, interview scoring and drafted application materials.
You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it to an employer. Fit scores, ghost-job signals and readiness assessments are estimates to inform your judgement, not decisions to outsource to us. Nothing the product produces is legal, financial or career advice.
Because AI output is generated, similar output may be produced for other users, and we cannot guarantee it is unique.
8Job boards and third-party sites
The service reads publicly available job listings and links to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms, and we do not control or endorse their content or the accuracy of their listings. Applying to a role means dealing directly with that employer or platform, under their terms — not ours.
9Availability and changes
We work to keep Hiric available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features. If we materially reduce a feature you are paying for, we will give you notice and, where reasonable, a pro-rated refund.
10Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law — with notice where we reasonably can. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections 6, 7, 11 and 12 survive.
11Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that its output will be accurate, and we make no promise about employment outcomes.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hiric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost employment, or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and for material changes we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
